I ordered some sale items that were so reasonably priced and they came a few days after I ordered them. Really fast and efficient.

I've not had to deal with their customer services so can't comment on that but have found their products to be of very high quality, long lasting and a good fit for my toddler. Would use again.

I have ordered a puffer jacket for my son at the end of November. Within 2 days I received a confirmation and email stating order was on the way.

It's now 14 days and we still haven't received the jacket. My emails didn't get any reply; when calling a recorded message suggest to contact them via email. Paid £56 and no jacket.
Muddy Puddle has since replied that the jacket has brrn delivered by Royal Mail and to check with neighbours. However, once it became clear that we didn't receive it nor our neighbours, they were quick in sending a replacement which has been delivered. Thank you Muddy Puddle.

I ordered 3 raincoats and requested refund for one and exchange for the rest of the coats. The refund was quick but I still haven't heard or received any response from them after returning the items. Email is ignored. Cutomer service doesn't answer the phone and keeps saying my call can't be connected. If they don't have the size I requested, they should let the customer know it and give refund. If they don't send me the new coats, I will lose £76.50!

Absolutely awful customer services. Ordered a pair of wellies for my son for his school. Arrived 7 days later with scratches and weird marks. Have been trying everything under the sun to contact but no response. Left messages and comments on their official instagram page but yet again no response! Really really disappointed by them.

Absolutely brilliant service from Muddy Puddles yet again. Ordered on 2nd April, a beautiful Parka and wellies and this morning, under 48hrs later the parcel is here complete with a lovely wellie bag. When our little birthday girl will get to wear either remains to be seen but she'll be looking super stylish when she does!! 5 stars Muddy Puddles!!
